How to know what size do I need ?
We have especially created only for you a “FIT GUIDE” section that you can find in the menu of the website.
All sizes are shown and also the different swimsuit according to your body shape.
How to take care of your MY.O swimsuit ?
In the « News » -> « Blog » section you will find an article dedicated to the maintenance of our swimsuit.
How do I create an account ?
To create a MY.O’s account, click on “Log In” on the upper right and follow the steps.
How do I subscribe to MY.O’s newsletter ?
To sign up for the MY.O newsletter, you must enter your email address in “Newsletter Sign In” box at the bottom of the page. We will let you know about any exclusive offers and You will receive information about exclusive offers and latest news about MY.O .
How do I unsubscribe from MY.O’s newsletter ?
To unsubscribe from our newsletter, you must simply click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletters you received in your emails.
How can I place an order online ?
To place an order on our website, you just have to simply click on the “SHOP” section of the website in the main menu. Then choose the swimsuit you would like to purchase.
On the left you can find several choices to help you find the swimsuit you want (sizes, colors, ect…).
Once you have selected your swimsuit, choose the size of it and color of the strings you want to purchase.
You will then access to your bag, and enter the information needed for the delivery of your purchases.
How long will it take for my order to be processed ?
The process of your order will be done in the 24 hours following the payment of your order. We will keep you informed about the preparation and delivery of your order by email.
Is it possible to save the items in my bag for later ?
Yes, you just have to create an account on our website to keep your record.
The “cookies” will help to find your bag if you don’t have any account. But you must know that depending on the device you use you may not find the items you’ve put in your bag before.
How can I cancel or amend my order ?

Which payment methods do you accept ?
We accept only credit or debit card payments and paypal. Payment on our website www.myoswim.com are secure.
What are the delivery options ?
We offer you one delivery option.
We prepare your order in our office and is then transferred to the courier and is dispatched to you.
Delivery times are 3 to 5 business days (in Europe). It will take about 10 business days for the United States of America.
If an order is done in Belgium you have the option to come pick it up at our location which is given to you when placing your order.
What are the shipping costs ?
For shipments within Belgium, delivery costs 7€.
For shipments within France, delivery costs 13€.
For shipments within USA, delivery costs 20€.
What should I do if I didn’t receive my order ?
If after 7 days you didn’t receive your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How do I return a product ?
The following conditions must be comply to be able to send us back our items :
1. The item must be unworn and not washed,
2. The item must be returned with its original packaging (Swimwear pouch, label and silk paper) and its original label (intact and still attached to the product),
3. The item must be returned with all its original accessories and the whole outfit,
4. The item must not have been damaged or marked when tried on.
Additionally, for hygiene reasons, you must keep your underwear when trying on products or it cannot be returned.
If all the above conditions are met, you have 14 days to return the product you don’t want to keep. Return fees are at your charge.
What should I do if the item received is damaged or I have not received the correct item ?
If the product you’ve received is not the right one or is damaged, you must contact our customer service at email@example.com
You have 14 days (including the day your package was delivered) to return any products that you do not wish to keep.
How will I be refunded ?
The refund will be paid onto the card you used to process the order
